Important Update: System Upgrade Weekend
Washington Savings Bank is upgrading our systems to better serve you! Beginning on Friday, October 3, 2025, and continuing through the weekend, maintenance will take place on our Digital Banking services, including Online Banking and our Mobile App.
- Bill Pay will be unavailable after 1:00 AM on Friday, October 3 (transactions scheduled before this time will be processed as usual)
- Mobile Deposits will be unavailable after 1:00 PM on Friday, October 3
- Transfers will be unavailable after 4:00 PM on Friday, October 3
- All systems will be in inquiry-only mode until 8:00 AM on Monday, October 6, when services return to normal
For Business Online Banking users, access will be removed at 4:00 PM Friday, October 3, and will remain unavailable until 8:00 AM Monday, October 6. ACH Originators with payments due October 6 must submit files by Thursday, October 2 to ensure they process on time. All future-dated payments will be processed as scheduled.
***After the upgrade, you may be asked to enter your username in addition to your password. If you are unsure of your username, please contact your local Washington Savings Bank office before October 6. You will also need to reset your security challenge questions. For the best experience, we recommend logging in for the first time on or after October 6 using a computer or mobile web browser at www.washingtonsavings.net.

Friday, October 3, 2025
- 1:00 AM CST – Bill Pay unavailable (scheduled payments will process)
- 1:00 PM CST – Mobile Deposit unavailable
- 4:00 PM CST – Online and Mobile Banking in inquiry-only mode (no transfers, including Zelle® transfers, will be processed through online or mobile banking)
- 4:00 PM CST – Telephone Banking in inquiry-only mode
- 4:00 PM CST – Business Online Banking unavailable
Monday, October 6, 2025
- 8:00 AM CST – All systems return to normal
